I come to Kuala Lumpur once a year — maybe. But whenever I do come, I insist on dining at Sage at least once. Each time, it’s worth it and just as good as I remembered. Chef Daniel makes simply fantastic creations, and he was kind enough to come up with a special menu for me and my aunt. The lamb chops were tender and flavorful. The chocolate fondant is rich and divine. Even the bread and basil dipping is delicious. No detail is too small for the staff, and the result is a joyous experience.

What I like about Sage is the good service. The food is so-​so only, but the price is quite expensive. The only food that stands out is the Hokkaido Crab, which is unforgettable to me. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend you to spend too much money on anything else in Sage. It is good compared to other high end restaurants in KL, but I’ve tasted better.

Excellent service and quality. The staff are very attentive and friendly. Their hokkaido scallop is unforgettable. It’s very big and succulent. Although it’s a bit on the expensive side, it’s definitely worth it.
