I can be really bored at home. like really bored. so this new condo near my house was just completed weeks ago and i am dying to see the view and so i did called the real estate agent (sorry if i wasted your time), to have a look and curious how many square fit and how much, how does a penthouse looks like in condo and why cost the same price as a bungalow in Bangsar.
So i went up to the penthouse — sauna, private parking space, infinity pool, super awesome view in a huge glass window. a lift as your entrance, super tight security, super spacious. I play Sims so i usually get inspirations by looking at showrooms and new houses. If i am not mistaken now the penthouse is about 2M. From the penthouse, great view to see fireworks, you will see the whole area of Desa Sri Hartamas, Mont Kiara KLCC.
Many foreigners stays here and the gym is near the swimming pool area, last i went, there was no facility like badminton court, basketball court. There are still many rooms here, so give it a shot to waste time in looking for houses.
