Authentic Northern nyonya cuisine. Ah Tuan Ee’s Place was set up by the founder to honour his late mother. The establishment is beautifully decorated with Nyoya & Baba traditional items and sentiments. The tables and chairs even resemble those used in the olden days. It gives off a very homely feeling, very comfortable and suitable for family reunions. The restaurant serves Penang-style home cooked food. The food served here cannot get any more authentic. I’d recommend ordering the Pai Tee, Jeu Hoo Char, Sambal Prawns Petai, Curry Fish Head, Otak-Otak and Perut Ikan. The desserts here are as good as the food. The gula melaka used in the ABC& Cendol is thick and gooey just like how it is supposed to be. Parking here is an issue as New Paris is on the same row and many of the parking lots are taken up by patrons.
