I frequent organic stores often and nowadays with grocery stores having a section for these type of products, going to organic stores is becoming passé yet BMS Organics have stood the test of time. I used to visit for their breads, which they order from a supplier and changes frequently but the loaves are made without preservatives and fresh baked twice a week.
Besides that, BMS carries a range of enzymes, sauces, cereal, biscuits and even cold items like tempeh and tofu as well as frozen items like beancurd and soy products. While their products can be quite pricey as expected for organic items, they come in pretty large sizes that wlll last you for a long period of time if you follow the required dosage. I partcularly like to get oat milk powder as I feel it is of good quality with added nutrients to fuel the busy lifestyle.
They used to carry a range of imported cereal but recently it seems they have ceased supplying them probably due to the lack of demand. It is true that not many people actually choose to buy organic products but the café next door seems to be doing well instead. Overall, I say visit when you need certain health food supplements and since they don’t have much vegetable selecton, pehaps cold storage next door might have what you’re looking for.
