Jekyll and Hyde is an interesting addition to Empire Damansara. I’ve only been here twice for lunch and know that it serves alcohol once night falls. The soft shell crab salad is a must, deep fried crumbed crab on a bed of leafy greens and served with a special black sesame sauce, altogether a great tasting dish. The Soft shell crab spaghetti is also another must-try, garnished with sprinkled of parsley. I’ve heard a lot about the duck confit dressed in honey and a dark beer sauce however this dish is only served for dinner and unfortunately I’ve only been here for lunch(there’s always a next time though right!). The interior decorations are contemporary and give off a trendy vibe, at lunch it can get quite busy so I would recommend making a reservation to avoid getting disappointed. There is a tv screen hung up on the wall that plays randomized movies throughout the day for your entertainment. The tables are made from galvanized metal, giving it an interesting texture. Definitely head to Jekyll & Hyde if you’re looking for a new feasting spot and try out their unique dishes. Don’t forget to come back at night for their cocktails too! I will be recommending this place to all my friends!

I just hate it when I know nothing about a particular eatery and yet get drawn to it purely for its literary references. Feels like I’m selling out to cheap marketing ploys but sometimes it works out for the better such is the case with Jekyll and Hyde. After first taking notice of Jekyll and Hyde with its throwback entrance, and the feeling like I was on the verge of entering an 18th century English building, I was very much excited at the prospect of dining here. With my visit being in the later portion of the day, we had the Hyde Dinner menu, where I sampled the Braised Beef Cheeks priced at around RM40 if I’m not mistaken, tender and juicy it was. I was so tempted to just sit there all night, order a few drinks and order after order of these Beef Cheeks
