Leaderonomics is a social enterprise that is very much into the roots of building the next generation leaders. They are constantly expanding their pipeline of leadership content to include all ages from womb to tomb. The philosophy of Leaderonomics is experiential learning, humans are 70% more incline to retain what they’ve learned through experience.
They have 3 big arms which are corporate services, media and community. The corporate services team focuses on training the corporate sector’s high level tiers of managers to be better leaders in their workplace. The media arm produces leadership content for all ages and also internally assist all the production needs of Leaderonomics. Community arm is where we give back heavily on leadership training to the youth through camps and clubs in schools and campus.
