One World Hotel

Out of the many hotels we’ve stayed at in KL, One World tops the chart.
We picked this hotel mainly because of the location. With two little kids, staying right next to a mall was safe and convenient.
The rooms aren’t as spacious as some others, but they’re clean and nicely renovated. The breakfast buffet was a good option to have, although it’s a short walk to One Utama mall where you’ll find plenty of restaurants. The room service was punctual, and the housekeeping staff were helpful. Our fridge wasn’t working when we first checked in, but they managed to fix it within the hour.
The hotel entrance is a bit tricky to find, so be ready to explain to your cab driver exactly where to be dropped off.
Definitely going to stay here again.

Great location!
One world hotel is located in the heart of Bandar Utama. The hotel is right next to the infamous One Utama shopping centre. Both of which is connected.
You’ll be spoiled for choice in this 5 star hotel. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from in the adjacent shopping centre. Plenty of shops to browse through and who knows, you’ll probably leave with a new shirt or two. You will never have to leave the premise.
The reception here is efficient and quick. We were checked in within a few minutes and we were made to feel very welcomed. The staff are very polite and courteous.
The room & bathroom was clean, furniture was in tip top condition. No complaints whatsoever. The bed was amazingly comfortable. Huge with adequate pillows, always a plus point.
The swimming pool was clean and big. Always busy during the evenings. The gym was decently sized and was not ill-​equipped. Perfect for those who just want to squeeze a quick workout in-​between their stay.
Overall a very good experience thanks to the superb location.
