Tangs, 1 Utama

I used to think that Tangs was a kitchen utensils store (I don’t know why), there was once my friend asked me to buy a working skirt there I then realized OMG it is another heaven in there! To be precise it is like another Isetan or Parkson, but with more imported brand range from low to high prices.
Tangs 1Utama is currently the largest outlet I’ve seen in KL and Selangor area. It is spacious, neat, clean and not so crowded, gives a comfortable environment while shopping for clothes. The servers were polite and helpful when you have any question. It also sells some brands such as Balenciaga which are still difficult to buy one here.
Although the prices in Tangs are usually more expensive than the outside, but it is definitely a good shopping place for people who opt for some specified brands.

The first time I bought thing at Tangs was 4 to 5 years back. And guess what? The pair of shoes I bought that time was still in very good condition. Wow~ That was really a great news! Well, it was Nike 6.0, a brand that I couldn’t find at other place. You must think that I was kidding. How could I can’t find Nike? Okay~ It is Nike’s sub-​brand but Nike shop or other sport shops didn’t sell it. Huh?! The place I could find this brand is Tangs.
Tangs is a fashion lifestyle concept store which features various concepts and brands to cater to a gamut of consumer tastes and preferences. Unlike the traditional department store concept, Tangs loves give their customers different feel in their store. Hence, three Tangs at different area have their unique design. Well, I personally love the one at One Utama. Much more simple and easier to find the brand I want to look at.
Tangs brings in many unique brands, such as Portrait, Headline Seoul, Arrow Blue Jeans, Closet and Dandelion Accessories. And also, before Superdry opens their own outlets in Malaysia, Tangs is the pioneer to sell Superdry. Nonetheless, this unique brands are pricey. Some cost more than RM300 each. It is totally insane but you will still find some great cheap accessories there.

A very complete department store while not losing quality options. You can basically find anything you need in this place, from quality shoes to coats & long sleeves. I myself had brought quite some items at here & was quite satisfied without having to walk around every store just to get something I need. Tangs at 1U looks to me that it contains more different options than the other branches so far, not to mention it is spacious to look around rather than having a hard time squeezing all the way round during your shopping day.
