Discovered a new place which is in an area that I rarely visit, and aside from the fact that this place is very much a community shopping mall, there are in fact a lot of shops that were of my interest at this place. Another thing that I really like about the place would be their food court/street downstairs. You will be able to find a wide range of food on that floor, and the oyster king serves quite good fried oysters to be honest. The place is not too crowded, which is also something that I like. Sometimes, some malls are just so popular crowded that you’d find it so difficult to shop in peace. The quietness that this mall holds, at least for now, is something great for sure. They charge RM2 for their parking right now, but if you are there before 3PM and spent more than RM30, you could get your parking fee waived — which after 3PM with RM30 spent you could get RM1 discount, which in my opinion is quite a fuss, as you would have to look for their information counter to get the RM1 discount. One thing great as well is that they have Jaya Grocers here — I love doing groceries, which I find therapeutic, so knowing that there’s one more place with a good quality grocers — they sell pretty good quality goods, especially for their vegetables that are fresh, it’s definitely a good news. I would not purposely travel here to come to this mall for sure — as this place is really far, but if I’m ever around the hood, this would be a mall that I would suggest going to.

Quite a small shopping mall, very nicely manage and offers great variety of F&B outlets and a few anchor tenants such as Mcdonald’s, Jaya Grocers, Uniqlo and others.
