Believe the hype! Be prepared for long queues and painful parking situations.(Parking is painful in SS15 in general). Check out the cendol stall next to it too.

When we drove past this place we were wondering what the super long queue was about– and that set the curiosity bar so high we had to stop and check it out. Whilst there were other mamak stalls around the one with a particularly long queue was the rojak stall. The boyfriend and I ordered the one with sotong and telur for RM5. The stall owner was chilled and a quiet guy and food was prepared really fast. It was amazing! What made the dish was definitely the orange colour peanut — tasting creamy thick sauce. We bought 1 plate to share and finished it within minutes. Definitely highly recommend this place! Be prepared to queue but it is so worth it!

There are plenty of rojak stalls around Klang valley but none like this famous stall which is located in SS15. Subang. Be prepared to wait under the hot sun if you’re thinking of trying this rojak because there’s always a long queue. It might take a while for the Indian uncle to prepare the rojak but trust me, it’s definitely worth the wait. You can choose to eat the plain rojak(rm4), rojak+squid(rm4.50), rojak+egg(rm4.50) or rojak+egg+squid(rm5). Normally I would choose the rojak with both squid and egg. I love the rojak there so much because it is always served with fresh thinly sliced cucumbers, crispy crackers, fried tofu and drenched with their signature spicy sweet peanut sauce. The squid always has that perfectly chewy texture and the egg just makes the rojak even tastier than it already is. I honestly think this is one of the best rojaks ever. Not only is it affordable and cheap but also extremely delicious and filling. Parking here might be a bit of a problem but this rojak is definitely worth the trouble!

The SS15 famous roadside Indian rojak can be found at a humble food van parked just right opposite of SS15’s main road. Do expect a queue, especially during lunch hours. The rojak cost RM4.00 per plate, however, I personally think that the rojak in itself would not be enough for a meal unless it is topped up with at least an egg or some squid for an additional 50 cents each. People can choose to do a take away or eat standing next to the van or sitting down by the roadside. Nonetheless, this particular rojak is one that I would recommend to my friends and family, and to tourist looking to experience something local. The peanut sauce is enough to make anyone go back for more. I mean, if people are willing to eat standing under the hot sun, it must be good, and it is! Also a caution on parking: try to avoid parking on the road that leads up to the van because your car may get clamped.

If you have tried other rojak around Klang Valley and KL but not this one at SS15, you just gotta come and get some! One of the famous landmarks in SS15, this little rojak stall are always packed with people lining up to feast into the most delicious rojak ever! You can see the crowd gathering in the afternoon till early in the evening. The usual wait for me will be about 5−10minutes. Any longer means there are a lot of orders taking place. There is no proper seats or tables to eat at, so majority of time I’d be standing with my plate of rojak, happily gouging down it. The queue is worth the wait and after the rojak, I will wash it down with cold bowl of cendol. A good afternoon tea time snack!

Everyone knows of the Rojak Mamak located here in ss15. Many years it used to be located right across ss15 Shell Station and there will always be a long queue just to eat a plate of Rojak. Now why is that? This mamak Rojak ingredients have the sweet spicy peanut sauce, freshly made cakes and tofu and can either add eggs or squid. Ofcourse there’s also fresh cut cucumbers. Prices range from rm4 — rm5. Do keep in mind it can be very crowded during lunch time because there’s students and working adults around the area, so better to go after 2pm. You want a quick meal, come here and get your Rojak!
