A Chinese, non-​halal bakery filled with chinese delicacies and pastries! Walking in you smell the sweetness of it all. My favourite is the bak kwa bun as well as the pineapple tarts, which are so soft and with just the right amount of pineapple pastry and sweetness. They are small so it’s easy to finish all in one sitting which I usually do, but you can always go back to TK for more!
There is also the pork floss bun which is one of my all time favourites. The staff here are efficient and people come and go real fast, ordering as many breads and pastries as they can possibly handle. The sausage bun is also a good one, thick tender sausage right in the middle of a sweetened spiral bun. Describing these yummy pastries is making me so hungry right now!
Definitely give TK Bakery a try especially if you’re into Chinese type of sweets like me! Enjoy :)

I come here for the egg tarts!
It’s not every day that I come by a non-​halal bakery, TK Bakery is one of them. They have quite a number of dainty cakes to choose from, but that’s not why I come here. If I’m ever in the mood for egg tarts this is where I go to get them. There’s something extremely decadent about the egg tarts here. They’re not too sweet which just the ratio of tart to egg custard, and they come in two sizes; the standard egg tart size and a cuter mini tart size. The mini tarts are the ones that get you, they are small enough for you to pop the whole thing into your mouth so if you are not careful you might find yourself wolfing down 3 to 5 at a time.
There is one thing that TK Bakery has that other bakeries don’t and that is the luncheon meat bun. Any Chinese household would be familiar with luncheon meat, it goes extremely well wedged in between two slices of bread. So it was a delightful surprise when I found out that TK has this. I gave it a try and it wasn’t too bad, not as good as the ones I’ve made at home but still a goof fix when you are on the go.

My no.1 bakery shop to go to for great pastries, I love their bakeries especially the Bak Kwa buns! Their bakeries are more oriental, they have egg tarts, kaya buns, pineapple tarts, bak kwa buns and many others. This shop is quite cram though, they have alot of pastries in here including cakes and bread loaves. A vast selection of choices in their bakeries, it keeps you coming to try all of them.
Their bakeries are sweet, fresh, I like the smell of freshly baked bread when I enter in. Somehow you don’t find many of that in other bakery shops. The cashiers are very efficient in packing them in plastics. They are also very friendly and helpful when ordering cakes of your own. Do come here or any TK Bakery near you for some great pastries!
