Best hotel in Acapulco, and you can get really low rates through online search engines! Everything you could want at a hotel plus right on the beach with great restaurants as well!

You can book all inclusive or stay at the hotel. All inclusive is about 60 $ U.S. Extra per person. But the food around the area is pretty cheap. But if u drink a lot than opt for all inclusive. The rooms very very clean and bathroom was almost new. I love a clean updated bathroom this bathroom didn’t disappoint me. I’m a freak for clean bathrooms! The hotel faces the beach but it’s vey crowed out on the stripe. The fumes from the trucks was immense! The beach a lot of vendors walking around selling food. We ate at the metates but couldn’t review because it’s not listed on Unilocal.Good food we ordered the metates special enough food for 3 and it was only 2 of us. We ate at the barra vieja at la morenitas for their famous fish and was very disappointed, the fish Ala talla was almost rotten .but it wasn’t cheap about 30 $ U.S. For the fish. The shrimp Diablo was good though. Cheap for NY but pricey for Mexico. Their salsa is also good, the strip to barra vieja was more quiet and the higher end hotels were located there. The crown plaza was a center of the strip very crowed on the streets. We took the paleo tour about 350 pesos per person. It’s just a ride to another part of Acapulco with free lunch. Nothing special. I hope my reviews can help guide you to a great vacation

All inclusive resort, great prices. The resort is out dated and worn out. Our first room 1817 had a leaky roof when it rained it dripped into our bathroom onto our toilet(awkward). We had also tried to use the television however it was broken. We eventually were given another room. Room 2159 on the other side of the resort was better however the sink leaked and we had to put towels on the floor. There was no hot water to the bathroom sink but we did get hot water to the shower. I’m giving this review 2 stars only because the service was exceptional, they’re on it! Everything you want you have. The food was okay cafeteria style for the most part. Again, the service in the resteraunts was excellent! All the food and drinks you can have.

First official review in Mexico! I have been coming to Acapulco for many years for many reasons, and I keep coming back to the Crowne Plaza. Why? because they have the most sweetest staff! Doesn’t matter if it has been a year or two since your last visit they will remember you! It feels like you have never left, this is my home away from home. For the most part the check-in staff are nice and speak English enough to get you checked in and ready to start your vacation. I upgraded to a Bahia suite on the 26th floor and loved it! The view is unbelievable! Seeing that sunset every night, was picture perfect. The room is very specious and comes with a mini fridge which is handy to have, especially after a long day in the sun, nice cold water hits the spot! We always go All Inclusive because is it the best way to go and doesn’t cost that much extra. For all the drinks you can drink and the food you can eat, I think it is worth it even if the food turns out to be not so good. You still have your drinks for free and the drinks are expensive if you have to buy them and the money adds up. The waiters are great if you tip them, tips always get you better service. We love the Italian restaurant. There are alot of mixed reviews about Acapulco, but I think the Crowne Plaza is perfectly fine.
