This is a place where locals would go to have a tasty birria. It’s been years since the last time I came, and I was wondering if it would still be open or even worse, if they still had beef for the day. Luckily they had, and it was great remembering those old days of Feria where you would come here after a long night to recover for the next day. Beef is goat and it’s always made the previous night, so it’s always fresh. The consome also is freshly made from the beef’s juice… so it’s delicious. If you want to look like an expert, order the large combo, and put all your beef in the consome. It’s delicious!
