Very popular(crowded) restaurant — my favorite is the flap steak — have never been disappointed. Good food — good service.

This is the best restaurant in Ajijic. The meats are wonderful, mash potatoes to die for, their warm salad(like ratatouille) is excellent. Service is generally attentive. Always welcoming — completely bilingual. Great!

Very good meal with decent pricing. We were on vacation from California and many people recommended this place. Great choice.

We were recently in Ajijic for a week and the food, service and price warranted that we actually returned for a second visit before we left. They had a nice merlot from Chile called Gato Negro and it ran just slightly over $ 10.00 per bottle, so we had two. The second one we couldn’t finish so they put the cork back in and we took it to the hotel to finish later. The first night we were there the waitress name was Gina and she spoke fluent English and the service was great! The stake I choose was called vacio and it was awesome. Very generous cut. Be sure to also try the hearts of palm salad. Our total bill for two ran about $ 55.00US and would have easily ran over $ 100.00 in the US. Tango is deceiving from the street and looks small but it opens into a large dining area. Plenty of wait staff who are very attentive. Tango is located on Colon street which is just a few short blocks from the plaza and malecon. Buen provecho!

You will not be disappointed. Came here my first night in town. It was so tasty and such high quality I may return every day of my visit here. The wait staff is very good, and some are fluent in English. The owner is very friendly and accommodating.

We have eaten here twice since we arrived. The steaks were cooked to perfection on each occasion. Everything from the salads to the wonderful deserts and after dinner cocktails were exceptional. The service was outstanding. We will be coming back here when we return to Ajijic

Fabulous food and steaks The 14oz steak is amazing About 140 pesos and more than you can eat! It’s 2.5″ thick and cooked to perfection. The green chimichury sauce(green olive oil with herbs) they bring you is the best I have ever tasted and goes great on steak or fish. The grilled cheese appetizer is fabulous as a starter to share. It comes with tomatoes and sweet peppers. The hot rolls they bring with all meals goes great with the 55 peso lunch specials. Lunch specials have to be ordered before 1:30 M — F. Reservations are a must during the week and early arrival a must on the weekends.
