(Review from 3⁄2015) We came to the Peacock Garden on the recommendation of our friend’s dad. The ambience was wonderful – it felt like we are having an outdoor picnic under the trees among the sculptures. I ordered the chile relleno, which was delicious. As at most restaurants, it was a single pepper, but it was quite filling. The sauce on it was a perfect complement to the chile and the fillings. I also tried some of AT’s enchiladas verdes con pollo, which were unfortunately a bit dry. We got the horchata and jamaica for our drinks and enjoyed them too. The food was good, but I think the selling point was the atmosphere. It was a gorgeous day out, and we really enjoyed being able to sit outside while having a satisfying lunch.

The food is very good and the surroundings are beautiful with peacocks roaming around. This is a great place to take out of town guests. They do have a couple of Mexican items on the menu, they have pastas and seafood dishes. We had chili rellenos and chicken enchiladas that were very good. This was our second time there.

An excellent restaurant near the Ajijic plaza with great service and food. Outdoor seating with peacocks roaming throughout the garden area. We were on vacation from California and stumbled across this restaurant. We had to go back for a second meal the following day. Very pleased.
