Brown’s Private Services

We had a great experience with Brown’s Private Services. Rozy and Nadia were a huge help in getting the reservation and times set via email. Our driver, Marco, was great. He’s very friendly and had cold beer and water waiting for us. The vehicle was spotless and very comfortable. He of course helped with our luggage as well. It’s so nice to see someone waiting for you when you arrive and not have to haggle over and/​or search for a ride to the hotel. 5 stars all around and we will be using them again the next time we visit Cabo!

We were in Cabo a few weeks ago and used Brown transport for the first time on a recommendation from our friends. We have been using another transport company but thought to venture out. They had a sign with our name and very professional with nice vehicles. Driver was super nice and spoke excellent English. We are using them again in November. I also like that payment was done on line so no cash was needed and driver had a cold beer for me. How can you beat that?

VIP treatment all the way! At pick up from the airport they had water and beer iced and ready for us. These guys are an affordable class act. Just walk out of the airport after getting your bags and see a sign with your name on it. They were right on time with a great looking SUV to pick us up. Browns is a true concierge service.

Excellent service, on time and extremely courteous. Would definitely recommend if you don’t want to hassle with shuttles stoping at every hotel.

I arranged a trip for 21 people this past April. There were 3 arrivals and 3 returns at varying times for the group. Rosy Z. took great care of me while scheduling and Brown’s took great care of my group upon arrival. I contacted Rosy about a few changes, her emails were prompt, her info organized. The transfers went off without a hitch. Thank you so much, Brown’s!

My wife and I took our first trip to Mexico ever. Wanted it to be special since we were going for our 20^th anniversary. After looking up all the transportation options, I opted to be spoiled by Brown’s Private Services. A friend recommended Brown’s and provided me with Rosy’s contact. She was great from the get go. Top notch service, which I didn’t expect but always makes me happy.
Pros: Great info to navigate the crazy airport experience, very friendly well dressed driver with our name on a board was right there waiting, he had a great command of English, knew the area very well, took his time to show us around and give us the low down on every area on the way to our hotel. The refreshing drinks in the vehicle. Great clean vehicle, classy leather interior.
Con’s: The only one is the tip industry which is all throughout Cabo. For anyone who can’t say no or feels bad when they don’t provide a generous gratuity, you may have a hard time. You’re money will be mostly gone in tips. Left us a bit frustrated. Not our drivers fault at all, He is very nice, it’s just a way of thinking all of Cabo has. We loved our driver and tipped him well. He really was an incredible man.
If we were ever to go to Cabo again, we would use Brown’s. And if we go with more money, I’d hire our driver all day to take us to other cities for tours.

I have been very pleased with Browns Private Services. I have used them several times for transportation from the airport into Cabo and the return. The drivers are always on time, friendly and bi-​lingual. The cars in their fleet are meticulously maintained and very clean. Vehicles are large enough for big bags and also golf clubs. Arranging transportation with the office staff has been easy and efficient. I definitely recommend their services.

Instructor. She was absolutely fantastic. A great time spent and experiencing the preparation of authentic
Mexican foods. And of course being able to eat it too!
