This hacienda has nice rooms and beautiful views. There is a sizable pool, free kayaks to use, and straw covered huts on the beach. The staff are very friendly and speak ok English. There isn’t much nearby. The small town of Seybaplaya is about 5 minutes away, and there are a few stores. Campeche and Champoton are about 25 minutes away in opposite directions and are bigger with some touristy stuff. But this area is authentic Mexico.
Wifi only in the lobby and restaurant. Beach has great views, but smells fishy at times. When there is bad weather, the power will flicker off and on. And the wifi goes out.
