You let the chef guide you through either a 3 or 5 course culinary odyssey of choosing(he will work around allergies). Started with delightful berry mojito. Homemade crostini and fig and bacon amuse bouche started us off. First course was 3 different fish preparations. Followed by shrimp, mahi mahi and chicken tamal. Main course was a strip steak with peppercorn sauce. A little pricey but a true gourmet experience.
