Great night. La Vaka displays NFL games on server all excellent viewing positions. This combination of fine food and NFL is outstanding.
The environment is open, friendly. The Buffett socialites are strangely position for easy access and steady customer flow.
The grilled Brazilian style meats are excellent. There are serval ready to eat choices at the meat station. Also speciality cut of meat are offered as requested. All items are «all you can eat».
There is a bountiful selection of pasta and sauces bar, pizza, salads, rice, potatoes, beans, fresh Salmon sushi with camera and onions. Sorry. No bagels or cream cheese. The dessert station has a variety of local and international items. Ice cream is available delivered to your table.
Enjoy, take your time enjoy the variety.

Buffet style restaurant specialized in Steak cuts. Sort of an Brazilian Churrascaria but meats are served direct from the grill in a hot pan instead than from the sword.
Place has a great appearance, clean and well served. Never think you are in a buffet concept restaurant. Food quality as good as a prime restaurant.
Options are from Italian pasta, pizza, fresh green salads, classic Mexican products like tortillas, carnitas, etc. There are shrimps, fried rice and of course, great steak cuts from the grill. Deserts station has great variety.
