Belio Restaurant

We came on a Monday night so we had the place to ourselves. Not a large menu BUT it was delicious. Had the shrimp and risotto and my husband had the encrusted tuna and it was insane. The bread and butter; awesome ! And delicious wine! Very nice waiter. Definitely would come back !

Nothing is better then sitting on the patio next to the fire pit having a glass of wine while the sun is setting. Priceless view.

John N from L.A. pretty much summed it up. The ambience and location is great but the food is a «let down». They try to be something they are not, so they should stick to the basics and not try to make each meal look like a Picasso painting. Also I feel the meals are overpriced.
Sad to say I won’t go back!

No puedo escribir de la comida porque no tuvimos la oportunidad de sentarnos en una mesa limpia. Pésima atención del host y meseros del Domingo 8 de Noviembre. Lástima de vista.

Great view, and better food than one usually finds in such oceanside locations. Friendly service during my visit. Not crowded at lunch and had a very good salad.

Sadly the whole experience was a let down. I saw the menu on Unilocal and it look very interesting and large. When we got there, there were no one in the restaurant. The whole menu was in Spanish which I didn’t mind because it was the fun of it. What I do mind if most of the things they had on Unilocal wasn’t on the menu. The waiter wasn’t a big help. We order 6 items (3 appetizer & 3 main)
Some were ok and some miss there mark. Same as the main, the highlight was a chicken plate which was good but Nothing outstanding. Our friends love it and came back the very next day but for me & my gf. It was average to say the least. Have to say the beach view is gorgerous but wish they serve more modern or traditional food rather then trying to follow European style

The buffette on Sunday mornings is delicious, I love this place when it is uncrowded. Preferable before 10AM
