OMG! Where do I begin! This restaurant is nestled in the Valle de Guadalupe region of Ensenada. The best part of this restaurant was the fact that it was sustainable but best of all it was farm to table. The menu is seasonal as it all depends on what the farm has harvested. Also, if you would like to spend the night you are able to do so in the adjacent hacienda. Please know that this restaurant is hard to find so you need to go with someone who is familiar with the area.
