We were on a cruise and visited this winery. The food is great and the music is wonderful. But the best part is getting to meet the owner, she’s super super nice and I will visit again.

This place has its own twist in respect to the wine. Similar to the other spots we visited each wine has its own story The wine tasting area is rustic at best. Outside, no AC, unique«shot» type glasses to taste. Kinda bizarre as these folks maybe haven’t received the same memo as all the other spots in Guadalupe Valley. Either way — have to respect the way they do business as its friendly with a smile and an occasional laugh or two. The stand out was the Honey Wine for me. Not too sweet but sweet enough — I was thinking it is similar to mead but not served warm. I think that’s the last thing they would consider doing as Guadalupe Valley is in the desert. Across from the wine tasting stand(literally) are various tables with shade and booth to buy beer. Restaurant has sit down with servers to take order and deliver food. This past Sunday we were pleasantly surprised with the most cool Aztec Dance preformed by a really nice guy who introduced himself as Lobo(The Wolf). Of the countries and experiences I’ve seen thus far Lobo’s performance was a real site to see. Hence the 4th Star. Lobo Alone would get 5 stars. However, he is not part of the establishment and performs when he «shows up».
