Falafel

We recently visited this hidden gem and were not disappointed. The owner, Martin, was a very friendly young man welcoming us to Falafel. He along with two women do the cooking in this quaint vegan establishment. Falafel offers one of the «BEST» pizzas we’ve ever tasted. All the ingredients in this winning dish are fresh and generously served. The falafel burger is «BIG» on portion and flavor. The couscous salad had the perfect marriage of seasonings to satisfy any palate. They offer combos of different menu items so that you can try portions of your likings along with some very good combinations of flavored waters. The prices are consistent with the portions, trust me when I say, if you go to Falafel, you won’t leave hungry but deliciously satisfied. We plan on returning to Falafel on our next trip to Guadalajara.

Delicioso el paquete número 1 que incluye un falafel en pita, chips, hummus o cous cous y agua fresa (limón con menta). Elección buena para personas vegetarianas, veganas o que quieran una comida ligera y con buen sabor.
