Este lugar es es consistentemente bueno, cada vez que venimos a HMO la visita es de ley, Ribeye añejo esta muy bueno.

Hermosillo is known by its good steak. If you like the American style cooking steak, this is the right place for you. They have different cut for your selection. The best of this restaurant is the Aged Rib Eye. It comes with a weight for your decision. It is about 1xx pesos per 100 g of meat. You need to consider to remove some fat out from the cooked meat when you estimate the weight of your food. The other fresh cuts include T-born, New York, etc. It is fairly busy place. However, the restaurant is large enough for host large crowd of customers. No reservation is necessary. The atmosphere is casual. There are always some good English speaking waiters available.

I came here on a business trip and dined with co-workers. It’s a first grade steak place and likely the best in Hermosillo, Mexico. I had the aged rib eye and it was cooked to perfection. The meat was flavorful, tender, and juicy. They bring the whole raw slab on a cart to your table with a butcher knife and weigh scale. You tell them how thick you want your cut, how you want it cooked, and they weigh and charge you accordingly. We also tried two different salads, a sampler plate appetizer, and the complimentary chips n salsa. There wasn’t anything that I didn’t fully enjoy. We didn’t order any dessert because there was simply no room left in our stomach. You do get the complimentary pink colored(pepto bismol looking) strawberry flavored smoothy in a tall shot glass at the end of the meal which is tasty as well. There is indoor/outdoor seating and we opted for the quieter and cooler indoor seating. Inside décor is simple, clean, dimly lit and intimate. I’d come here again given the opportunity. It’s a great place to enjoy fine dining and experience one of the local staples.

Parrilla mexicana típica de Sonora que por su cercanía a EEUU tiene mucho de las barbacoas de ese país. La especialidad son los cortes de carne añejada que te traen a la mesa para que elijas, los cortan y pesan al frente tuyo para luego traértelos asados. Agradable para comer en el patio frontal en grupo o en pareja durante la noche. La atención es muy buena y profesional. No te hacen esperar. La comida es de muy buena calidad y sabrosa. Mucha variedad de entradas al estilo mexicano y platos fuertes simples donde destaca la carne.

Excelente sabor del rib eye añejo, solo ten cuidado al pedir el tamaño de tu corte, el mio pesó 600 grs. pero tenía mucha hambre y estaba delicioso, pude terminar con el corte después de 30 min. y por supuesto me quedé con las ganas del postre: P

What is there to say that hasn’t already been said. I ordered el bistec añejo, medium rare of course. They marinate the meat in temperature controlled vacuum sealed packs to tenderize and enrich the flavor. Unbelievable!

Excellent gourmet steakhouse, arguably the best restaurant to have a premium steak in Hermosillo. This place is located in an old and remodeled house with a distinctive yellow color. Sonora Steak, as it’s name suggests, is well known for their premium steaks. The house specialty is the«Aged Rib-Eye». The whole 15 kg raw rib-eye is is brought to the table, cut and weighed to accommodate desired steak size and cooked to perfection to fulfill clients’ tastes. The flavor is just perfect: tender, juicy, perfectly cooked and with sides of vegetables or baked potato. This, to me, has been the best steak experience on Hermosillo. Additionally, they have a decent wine list, non-meat dishes and free wifi! You must visit this place, an absolute delight!

This place was excellent. They bring the aged beef out wrapped on a cart and weigh out how much you would like as they slice it in front of you. Great service and great food I will be trying it again over the weekend.
