We were staying up the street from this restaurant and kept looking at the menu each time we passed by. Though it often looked way less crowded than restaurants on the Malecon, we finally decide to give it a try, as the menu kept calling to me. We are glad that we went. My boyfriend asked for a Negroni cocktail(not on the menu) and they were happy to oblige. The service was very personable, helpful, and timely with the food. The food was delicious. I ordered the shrimp fettuccine and my boyfriend got the Fish of the Day(dorado — thai curry style) which was so flavorful that I was a little jealous. The chef visited the table to be sure that we were completely satisfied. Their homemade ice cream was amazing. The ambience was just«ok», but it was nice enough and the food and service made up for that… we hope to go back again.
