We come through Matehuala usually two times a year and stay across the street at Las Palmas. We look forward to walking over to La Noria for a great meal. It is a very stylish place… the building and the décor. The waiters are super professional. We have ordered the stuffed chicken., a goat stew., ribs and a pork dish called Chamorro (not for sure that’s the exact name!)!! But close! All has been way above our expectations. I also recall the salads being very good.
