If it isnt because im not new to the area i could think this is one of the nicest areas in center of the city(could be called center as its really near downtown) but well it isnt really that nice as people projects it, i mean 1 of 10 buildings are nice and the rest are either just maintained or used for a business hence they try to make it nice, the area its just overrated, although yes it is more secure than other areas. Either way, this ridge /strip packed with trees, benches and walk road and some neglected fountains its a shame that isnt have been rehabilitated, iheard that government would do it, and so neighbors or businesses take care of it, but well you will finds lil areas where its filled with trash and leaves that have been there for days with mosquitos brewing from it, its really a shame but well, its an effort they do to keep it decent, but clearly one example of how the Roma neighborhood its overrated from what it actually is.
