Good service, rooms are recently updated and they are clean. Price is very good for the area. My recommendation would be to skip their breakfast buffet, all their warm food options are actually pretty bad. If you just want fruit and juice, then it’s fine. It could save you time if you have a busy day.

This place has been great the location is awesome they welcome you very nice, the service is simply amazing I booked it for one night and will end up staying 3 .
The food is also very good I had to order room service late and the food was very good and fresh

Have stayed here multiple times. Good value for your money. Centrally located in the heart of the city, can easily walk everywhere. Starbucks close by. Helpful staff, easy check in process.

Great price for the area. It is a very safe area and its a close walk to Zona Rosa where you can find various restaurants. There is also food vendors close to the hotel.
The staff is very nice and will order you a taxi at any time if you call reception.
The rooms are clean, the bed was comfortable.
Yeah the view isn’t the best but who needs a view ?
Our room had two tables, a couch & the bathroom was huge.
My only complain was I called service desk for towels and they never came.

I stayed for 5 days days:
The good:
–Kind, helpful, accommodating, courteous staff
–English-speaking staff
–Clean rooms
–Near El Paseo De La Reforma
The bad:
–Hard towels, toilet tissue, and kleenex
–My room had a horrible view of the dirty roof and very noisy fans or vents
For the price– the value was fantastic and I’d certainly stay again
