Yes, I had Japanese food in Mexico but only because I needed a little break from the tortillas and meat. This is located in(what seems to me) a high end mall in this Mexico DF business district. Connected to my hotel and surrounded by many other(better) restaurants. It’s a nice, trendy looking spot with a fancy sushi carousel(conveyor belt) bringing small dishes around the restaurant. Plates are colored to indicate type of dish and price. Beyond the décor and ambience, the food was just okay. I had a yakisoba dish which was disappointing but I take partial credit for that mistake. None of my group(4) seemed even slightly impressed with their meal. Made me regret straying from my Mexican food stands. I’ve learned my lesson. J
