An average place, typical Starbucks. Good stop to get something to drink. Nice air conditioned inside and outside covered courtyard. Free internet with purchase. It’s a good space to take up some downtime or a good meeting point.

I hear that this may have been the first Starbucks that opened in Mexico City. Due to its very close proximity to the U.S. embassy, I wouldn’t be surprised. As usual, Starbucks is Starbucks. If you like their product, you’ll like this location as well. No matter which location you go to, you always know what you’re going to get. This location has a particularly large indoor seating area(no outdoor seating), which is nice, thought it is also always busy. If you’re looking for quiet go somewhere else.

It’s tricky to review starbucks because you either are a fan, or you aren’t. But chances are, you know what to expect. This starbucks is located near the Angel and the US embassy. I heard it was the first Starbucks to open in Mexico, which I have not been able to confirm, but it would make sense due to the location. There are a few good things about this particular starbucks. It’s huge and you can always find a seat– it’s a good place to meet someone to chat or to do work for a few hours. Also, most of the employees speak English, so if you’re visiting DF, don’t speak Spanish, and need your starbucks, this is a good place to get it.

The service here is super slow and they consistently mess up the orders. But this location(and perhaps every Starbucks in Mexico) offers at least 1 things you can’t get at Starbucks in the US: cajeta. Pretty similar to caramel, but with more of a burnt taste. Add that to your latte. The fresh fruit yogurt is pretty damn good too.
