Oasis Smart – The Lounge Hotel Lounge

It was a great hotel for the price. I paid 53 plus 10 fees. The rooms are clean and big, breakfast area is well organized with good assortment of cold and hot food. The pool area is amazing, they have about 6 jet jacuzzis, 5 swing bed gazebos, and nice relaxation area in the back.
Customer service is great, they gave us access to one of their beach hotels with a daily pass (The Palm Beach Oasis).
The only complain was that the lobby had no AC and it was damn hot and humid, the wifi was super slow and you had to sign in every hour… it was also hard to locate the hotel because they advertised it as «Oh! The Urban Oasis» instead of Smart Oasis. Other than that, i would definitely recommend it and go back.

Let’s start with this, it’s a great hotel to stay in if you don’t want to be next to the crazy hotel strip. The showers don’t have pressure at all. The rooms are clean and always spotless. Food is ok can’t say anything special. Drinks are expensive. Always be aware of what they charge you.

I recently stayed at this hotel. The hotel is located downtown Cancun and was more than I expected. The stafe was really nice and accomodating. The front desk person Raul, was extremely nice and courteous. He was also very patient. His manager Alejandro was also very kind and courteous.
The beds in the hotel are most comfortable beds ever. I didn’t want to get out of it.
The restaurant food was ok. My waiter Jose was extremely nice.
If your look for an excellent hotel, I suggest this one.
