Four Points By Sheraton Galerías Monterrey

Staying in this hotel is the absolute worst hotel experience of my life. My family and I are staying in Monterrey for a medical procedure of my son, who has cerebral palsy, and we had hoped for some small bit of peace and quiet. There is absolutely no chance of it in this hotel.
Construction: the construction noise is relentless and horrible. You should be ashamed of yourselves for charging the amount of money your are charging when you know this is going to be a problem for all of your guests. I’m currently listening to a backhoe loading concrete into a dump truck while my son is trying to nap. To top it off, there is construction remodeling going on two floors above me so we can now hear sawing and or drilling above us too.
Air conditioning: I’m sure most people understand that the AC kicking on and off can be distracting but the startling and abrupt sound it makes allows for ZERO sleep. Every few minutes we are awakened by the loud banging on and off of the AC unit.
Refrigerator: what a joke! They don’t even work. They are basically coolers. Each unit doesn’t even have a motor to make things cool. It simply MIGHT keep something cold if it’s ALREADY cold.
Television: only half the channels on one of the televisions and when we complained and they sent a maintenance guy up, he left and said he would fix and NEVER RETURNED. How is that possible?
I wish for someone to contact me about my family’s experience. There is no way I should pay full price for this experience. SHAME ON YOU!

Hotel buen localizado porque está muy cerca del Shopping Galerías. Ayún que tengas todas las opciones del Shopping, el hotel tiene como restaurante la cervecería Sierra Madre que es responsable por atender todos los pedidos de comida en minos de 30 minutos (caso sea más no se paga por ella).
Al sé hospedar en el hotel recuérdese de hacer un registro en el club de puntos para acumular y ganar estadías:

Prácticamente todas habitaciones tienes dos camas grandes, o sea, mismo que esté solo, tu habitación será siempre grande y con bastante conforto.
El ambiente es muy limpio y agradable. El servicio también es bueno y puedes solicitar ayuda en la recepción por taxis para el aeropuerto o ayuda para rentar un coche por el día.
Estoy quedando en esto hotel a negocios pero no sería malo rentar una habitación para quedar en las vacaciones.

Un buen lugar para quedarse mentiras visitas la ciudad. Ya sea porque no quieres incomodar a tus amigos o cualquiera que sea la razón, este hotel es una muy buena opción.
Su locación es super céntrica, tanto para ir a visitar el centro de la ciudad, san Pedro o a cumbres, no pasarás más de 20 min de transcurso.
El servicio es bueno, aunque ya lleva varios años, ha mantenido su calidad y los cuartos ofrecen un espacio bueno para lo básico del viaje.
Además, está frente a una de las plazas comerciales más concurridas de la ciudad donde encontrarás farmacias, restaurantes, moda y cine.
Recomiendo: checar sus tarifas antes, a veces hay paquetes de descuento.

Probablemente no sea un hotel de lujo o llamativo como muchos en el área de Lázaro Cárdenas, pero definitivamente ofrece todas las comodidades para cumplir con todas las necesidades de cualquier persona. La ventaja que ofrece el hotel es su cercanía a Plaza Galerías Monterrey, ya que se encuentra justo enfrente.
Desde que entras al hotel sientes el ambiente americano con el staff y el diseño interior. El hotel por lo general lo usan de sede de grupos grandes por lo cual es normal que se encuentre lleno. Otra ventaja del hotel es la tarifa, claro siempre y cuando reserves por internet ya que si pagas la tarifa regular suele ser caro.
Los cuartos excelentes así como la comodidad de las camas!

Me encanta que vengan amigos y familia de visita pero, hay algunas veces que no pueden quedarse muchos conmigo. Cuando eso pasa mi primera opción es este hotel. Aparte de que trae ve un hotel de buena calidad y aparte es el más cercano a mi casa.
Otro de los pros es que esta justo enfrente de galerías Monterrey. Esta ubicado en un lugar muy céntrico si es que quisieran salir a algún lado y si también me queda muy fácil pasar por ellos cuando tengamos algún plan.

Good location, clean rooms but the walls could use some paint. Service is a hit and a mis, room service arrived fast one night, the next arrived almost 1 hour after, they have a 30 minute guarantee so I didn’t pay, unfortunately I had to remind the room service person of that. Front desk people are also a hit and a mis, some greet you, some don’t. The girl that checked me in enrolled me in the Starwood program without even asking me if I wanted to join, she didn’t mention anything about the breakfast either, the best service at the front desk was provided by a gentleman that was still in training.
I had to stay here due to the location, next time I’ll just keep staying at Camino Real, more expensive yes, but with better service.
