This hotel is filthy and disgusting! The service is horrible and incompetent. I’m not sure how the Best Western brand includes this dump as part of their chain of establishments. Our room was filthy and odorous, and we were given the wrong key to our room (actual key, no card entry) and the bathroom had a disgusting and rusty industrial toilet. The lobby is about the only decent area. I cannot recommend this place at all.

Este restaurante del hotel era conocido como La Bola Roja, dejandolo ser desde hace 2 años, ricos chiles en Nogada buena cocina en general, no tan concurrido pero buen sazón en los platillos y carta de vinos, ya no venden el «mole de cadera» pues se necesita una certificación que viene de Tehiacan Pue. Para garantizar que la carne de chivo es de ese lugar
