Devil’s Bar

Great little bar right on the Malecon. The name, Devil Bar, comes from the owner being a grad of Arizona State University– the Sun Devils (get it?). Great to sip a drink and people watch and the people are seemingly regulars. Very friendly and sports knowledgeable.

I would not consider this a sports bar at all. In fact, they were playing VH1 music videos. It is a 10 seated bar by the beach. Nice view, but don’t get fooled.

My wife and I and some friends went to the Devil’s Bar in Puerto Vallarta Mexico as our cruise ship stop in port. The Devil’s Bar is located directly on the Malecon boardwalk in Puerto Vallarta, with a view looking directly out to the beach and ocean. Allen James, the owner, does a great job. Allen graduated from Arizona State University, the Sun Devils. The Bar’s name came from the ASU Sun Devils in the PAC 12. A small Bar which has a wide variety of Beers and Cocktail options. Their Michelada was huge and Awesome ! Michel the head bartender does a great job. They will also stop your burger cravings with Sean’s burger at Devil’s Bar ! We also enjoyed their Bacon wrapped Poppers, and Chips with Guacamole and Salsa. Everything was delicious. What a great place to relax and enjoy some drinks and food while looking out over the Ocean. We will definitely be back to the Devil’s Bar on our next trip to Puerto Vallarta.

Good beer price, good wifi, on the malecon, cute waitress, all in all just good to chill!

Great bar to people watch. 2 for 1 beers and micheladas. Owner is a nice guy and the staff and bartender are out there hustling with their service. And I mean hustling as in hustling to get you drinks not in the negative sense. Great bar right in the middle of things in el malecon.

Awesome little bar on the Malecon!

This is by far my FAVORITES bar in all of Puerto Vallarta. It’s located at the end of the Malecon, and in perfect view of the Pacific Ocean. The staff is extremely friendly and most of them speak English as well. Wi-​Fi is available as well as three TV’s to watch any of your favorite games. They have a good amount of 2 for 1 specials such as Coronas, Pacifico, Margaritas, Mojitos, Piñacoladas, Palomas. Anytime in in PV, you can be sure to find me here.
