Absolutely love this tequilaria! My Mom and I have visited Puerto Vallarta twice and made sure to visit Rancho Verano again after the first visit. I may go again just to take the tour. Julio was our tequila expert both times and he puts all California wine/​booze tastings to shame. He is engaging, funny and pours generously. The tequila is so fantastic! Try the resesado… and you will. They give liberal and multiple tastings of all 6 styles. The tequila may seem pricey but it really isn’t. So much better than the well known brands that cost too much. I will say that the restaurant is pricey although good. My main motivation to visit is the tequila and Julio. You must go!
