This is the main restaurant at Pueblo Bonito Rose, available on the all-inclusive plan. They have a buffet breakfast daily with definitely enough to chose from — made-to-order omelets and eggs, waffles/pancakes, chilaquiles, fresh fruit, pastries and bread, beans, quesadillas, etc. Generally pretty pricey at $ 22, but now discounted to $ 16. They also served Champagne brunch on Sunday, and lunch off-the-menu. For dinner, they served buffet w/different themes nightly: Mon-Mediterranean, Tue: Grill; Wed: Seafood, Thur: Asian; Fri: Mexican; Sat.: International). We liked the Mexican buffet; didn’t like the Mediterranean or International so much. Overall, not great, but always found at least a few things we liked — I’d rate it a solid 3 for average.
