I ordered take out from Shirushi a few months ago and it was so bad we didn’t eat half of it. The tuna instead of being right red was a pale limp shade of pink and not soft but tough. Giving it another try we went in for the dinner with the whole family and again it was pretty gross. The tuna was not fresh, the overall quality of the fish is poor. It is not sushi grade. I hope I don’t get sick. The service is good and the place is nice but all the rolls were very mediocre and poorly plated. The rolls are very repetitive with little variety of fish. Total bill for three miso soups, 3 California rolls, 2 special rolls, 4 sodas and one beer $ 700.
