We were looking for a fun place to spend the day in Cozumel and the money bar fit the bill perfectly. We rented snorkeling equipment and then hung out at the bar for a few hours before hitting the water the snorkeling at the money bar is not fantastic but it’s OK there’s lots of fish to see but little coral. Thr current is strong so enter the water from the far left-hand side of the snorkeling shack to have the best experience. The food was plentiful and very good and the drinks were delicious! Most importantly it was a very relaxed and laid-back atmosphere where we could relax for hours while enjoying the scenery without feeling pressured.

Bar food, just ok. Place was on the beach which was nice. This place would do well for drinking by the water.

Nice location. But they screw you on food. I asked for small guacamole & chips with my meal and they brought me a huge plate of guacamole! And they charged me $ 10 for the guacamole. Other then that, they have nice snorkel area and a 2 for 1 happy hour from 5 to 7 pm. Guess that’s why they make it up in the food! Oh, exchange your US dollars before coming here. They only give you 13 pesos to dollar. Other businesses give you as much as 15.5. The official exchange rate is 16.3 pesos to the dollar.

Great snorkeling and lounging. Shitty food– definitely bring your own food!!! No cover charge, and you can use the lounge chairs and hammocks and bring your own food and drink no one cares. Much better than corona beach where there are less amenities and a cover. Buy your own snorkeling gear, renting it here is very expensive. Everything is super over priced and in USD with a very very poor conversion rate! Pay with pesos. Outdoor shower is good! Changing rooms available

Not impressed with this restaurant at all! I’ve been here multiple times every time I come to cozumel and for some reason keep hoping it will get better. We waited for our breakfast for about 20 minutes when it was just a bagel and two orders of scrambled eggs. After the measly amount of awful food it took so long for the waiter to bring us the check that we got up went and payed her. The food is overpriced for really crappie quality. My friends ordered brownies and they tasted absolutely terrible! They were watery like they had been frozen and then heated up in the microwave with cold spots throughout. Not only were they cold and nasty they had these gross ginormous chocolate chips through it. I love chocolate but it did not impress me. The same night almost everybody ordered a 17 $ plate of Alfredo which was literally so oily you could see it drip off when you took a bite. I ordered a burrito that tasted watery and microwaved it was so awful that I wouldn’t even feed it to the stray dog who passed by. Other than the shitty service and pathetic excuse for food the view and snorkeling is pretty great. When I asked locals they said the restaurant was bad and no one local visits it EVER. I would highly recommend saving your money and avoiding this dump.

Nice place, BUT we’ve waited almost an hour to get our food, then at least 20 min to get a check. Very beautiful view, great music, tasty food, but management should work better. Overall — nice place.

I went there from a cruise ship after reading the reviews and looking at there website. I Was all excited to rent one of there glass bottom Kayaks(that don’t exist). There website names several other activities that don’t either. A total waste of time.

I very much liked this spot. It was located a short scooter ride from the cruise terminals. My wife and I stopped because the beach looked really nice and we were thirsty for some margaritas. The menu was extensive and was reasonably well priced for a tourist area on the beach. Two margaritas and a large bottled water came to $ 18. The menu and the bill are going to be in pesos, so don’t be alarmed when you see a burger that costs $ 120, though I would always ask when in a tourist spot if the prices are in pesos. They offered snorkeling equipment for the day for $ 15 a person and have a dock and a ramp for getting into the water. The water was a little rough on the day that we went, but we were told that this wasn’t typical. Nevertheless, we still took advantage of the snorkeling. There were many coral spots to check out and a huge variety of fish. My wife and I had one of the best days of our lives driving up the Cozumel cost. We definitely would like to do that day over again the next time we venture there.

I had the best grouper sandwich in my life here once. The second time I went, it wasn’t quite as good. Every catch is different I guess! very chill waterfront restaurant. I could spend the whole day here ordering drinks, watching kids jump off the pier, and hopping in and out of the water for some great snorkeling. They’ve got shaded tables and beach chairs on a raised platform right next to the water. a few good outdoor showers to rinse off with too. no sandy beach, but you can walk out on the nice pier right out from and lower yourself into crystal clear ocean filled with tropical fish. we spent a whole afternoon here practicing freediving with the occasional calorie recharge from the extensive restaurant menu. prices are reasonable, maybe slightly towards the higher end. not too touristy. do it!

We chose to go here to spend the day instead of a ship excursion. The current was a little strong, but lots of fish to see. We also noticed a lot of the excursions using this place as one of their snorkeling stops. After snorkeling for a while we enjoyed the chicken nachos, a beer and a margarita. The margarita was very good, but keep in mind the alcohol will sneak up on you. I highly recommend this place for anyone who just wants a few hours of relaxing.

One of the great places to have a drink, eat and also snorkle near the bar or restaurant. Make sure to bring your fins and gogles so you can see the fish and crabs that are near the shore. This is a great place to dance to live music. The Long Islands rule!
