Collins always consistently great! We eat there all of the time and are always happy with the food and service. Best margarita in town!

Great food and service. Kids always eat the chicken basket. I like the carne asada tacos. Breakfast is great too– huge portions. And they make a perfectly spicy Bloody Mary!

We had breakfast here on Sunday. I had the chilaquiles, and they were a little bland compared to other places that I have had chilaquiles in Rocky Point. I would definitely not have them add the lettuce and tomato next time as it turned the dish cold. My sister had the pancakes, and she added pecans. Those were delicious, light and fluffy. My husband had a Mexican scramble, and he said it didn’t have a lot of flavor. We will give it a try for lunch or dinner as it was crowded. They must be doing something right.

It’s hard to rate Colins…4 or 5 stars. It’s just inside the Princesa resort on Sandy Beach. The food is always great and so are the staff. The prices are reasonable. The menu is typical beach food, tacos, burritos, burgers, shrimp baskets, very good breakfast menu. So the food is 5*. Just don’t compare it to a fancy restaurant.

Food was really good. Service is good as well. Had it for breakfast after having a bad breakfast the day before at another place. Me and my family loved every thing we order.

This is a great little restaurant inside of the Princessa perfect for a quick bite to eat as you head back out to the beach.
