Silvestre is opened on Saturday and Sunday from 1pm to 6pm from June to October, it is a seasonal restaurant located in the in Ensenada’s wine country otherwise know as Valle De Guadalupe. it over looks the vineyards and everything is locally grow or raised. I came here with my Brother a while ago and we started with the Tomato and basil with cheese and olive oil we moved on to the Swordfish with Couscous. Ten we went for the Main course and it was a feast in itself ! Mesquite Grilled Sonoran Rib Eye With Grilled Vegetables. All this in a picture perfect back drop of Mexico’s wine country made for the perfect dining experience. If your ever in the area and in the right season, you will have to wait till June now, give it a try yourself, you wont be disappointed.
