Starbucks

Yes, I am giving starbucks 5 start. I have been to this location few times. The baristas are always working hard, smiling cleaning and their service is fast. This is a place where you can seat down on your own or with friends and enjoy your great cup of coffee.

They ruined my brand new suede shoes. Spilled a hot tea all over me, and offered a free drink. Really, the last they should do is clean my ruined suede shoes. My foot was burned and all they kept asking is was I burnt. I’m mad as heck and can’t talk to anyone, customers were starting, the guy have me an awkward apology.
And their internet doesn’t work. This shouldn’t be a Starbucks it doesn’t work up to it’s so called «name»
Never in my life will I be going to a Starbucks again. I hate you Starbucks. I don’t want a free drink I want my shoes fixed.
It’s noisy, internet doesn’t work, and manager if always chatting with customers not caring for anything that goes on. Worst place ever.
And to be honest, I have never written a mean review. I’m always trying to be very understanding, and I was trying to but this customer service and quality of place is awful.
