When you hear about Mexico and corruption, this is one of the biggest corrupt companies out there. I had tenor Internet and received a call one day from a lady that worked with Telnor. I was offered a «free» service since I always payed my bill on time and had a good amount of «bonus points» that they offer. 3 months later It ended up being that I was charged forcefully for a service I was lied to that it would be free. Stay away not worth the hassle.
