Customer service was great, however, room service and food from their in house restaurant was terrible. I ordered a Caesar salad with a chicken soup and both were awful. Presentation was as bad, with plastic utensils and cups over a serving tray that had seen better days. No butter or salsa for the bread and tortilla chips that came with the meal. Will consider staying at a different hotel just because of this.
