La Semilla Gourmet

Ahhh finally a healthier place in Veracruz. Honestly the food in this city was so junky that my stomach was starting to say no to many things. It wasn’t Montezuma’s revenge but just all the oily, greasy food was getting to be tiresome. This is where this restaurant comes into play. They are light on the oil, light on the junk and it makes for a wonderful culinary experience. Although they need to experiment a little less with some interesting combinations, it overall is good and safe food. We came back nearly daily once we found this place.
