Guadalajara Plaza Lopez Mateos

Hotel is nice. We came here because my cousin was getting married at this Hotel, we had reservations to stay the night prior to the wedding and after the wedding. Let me tell you customer service sucks, we had an issue with our reservation upon check in and the man at the front desk didn’t really even try to help. He just kept saying there is nothing I can do, but im pretty sure there was something he could have done. He just didn’t want too. Will never be staying at this Hotel ever.

El hotel está en buena ubicación. El personal es muy atento y se encuentra muy limpio.
No probé la comida, tenían un desayuno por 99 pesos con promoción al mundial. Me pareció buena promoción.
Le quedaría bien si las habitaciones contarán con mejores servicios (productos de uso personal, acondicionador, más jabón, gorra para el baño)
Se me hizo un detalle poco atinado que cobrarán las llamadas locales por minutos. Otros hoteles lo ofrecen sin costo.
El wi-​fi es gratuito aunque poco estable.
La luz titilaba de repente. Una ocasión se fue por más de 10 minutos.
No se sí fue en la zona o el hotel.
