I came here because I had one of those grabone voucher deals for an eye exam and a pair of frames. I already had bad eyes and a pair of specs from when I was in intermediate school but since then, I knew my eyes would have deteriorated even more. This small place is tucked away in Gooch Place, which is essentially an Asian village. Upon entering I was greeted by the lady and asked to take a seat. I browsed their range of frames instead and was happy to find that they had a large range for such a small shop. I was seen to by my optometrist — a recent graduate from UoA. She was young but so professional and friendly. She told me that my eyes were even worse — eek! than before, and that I had something called Astigmatism — that is, my eyeballs are not round but they are oval, like rugby balls. Cool. The frames included in the voucher were a limited choice, but they were helpful in choosing a good pair for my face shape and features.
