It’s been a number of years since my last visit. The place seems quite tied, need of a complete overall and spruce up.
The facility serves, fast food and has a bar with a couple of function rooms for childrens party etc. The have the usual shoe hire, and gaming /​arcade machines to help lighten your wallet or purse. We had no issues with the bowling lanes themselves.
The restrooms were quite dirty and not flushing.
I supposed it killed a couple of hours.

This is a place that has been around for years — I can recall plenty of enjoyable birthday party experiences here, taking part in both the bowling and laser strike activities. However a recent visit of this centre made me realise how run down and slightly depressing it is, particularly the food and alchol section with the arcade games and formica-​top tables. I’m sure the bowling part is still a lot of fun and the laser-​tag would still be just as thrilling, however if you are coming here I would even bring your own food and just go straight to the bowling or laser tag — don’t waste your time and money away on greasy fried food or spacies, its not worth it and you would definitely feel your Vitamin D levels sink substantially in this dark dingyness.

Planning a kid’s birthday party? This is a party place to the max. There’s bowling, which is pretty fun, and the novelty of rented shoes of course. Fun for kids, and they can use the bowling ramps if they want.
There are birthday deals available, and it’s not that expensive. Also in the complex is a games arcade, and also laser tag. See what I mean about party place to the max? Let the kids go wild for a few hours in here, and they’ll probably need an afternoon sleep!
For adults, there’s also late night bowling sessions — how about a first date idea??? You can laugh at each other’s poor conversion of skill from Wii Bowling to real bowling, and then challenge each other to a two player car racing game in the arcade. Perfect :)

Ten pin bowling has long been a last resort boredom activity of mine but I still manage to enjoy it nevertheless.
AMF bowling provides the necessary shoe hire and paying lane hire on a temporal basis is a better option than per person. It is often an interesting contest as for most people there has been a significant amount of time between games so takes everyone time to adjust — with the ramp always available for those who are struggling!
Additionally there is an arcade game zone, pool tables and laser strike to keep others entertained. Laser strike was an old party favourite, once the colours, numbers, i.e. once who was who was worked out when scoring at the end of the game.

AMF Bowling is a kid’s dream come true! Glow in the dark bowling, an arcade, laser strike, so many fun activities located all under one roof. I think this is a fabulous place to go bowling with the family or a bunch of friends. It’s also perfect for work functions and birthday parties. They have mainstream modern music video clips playing while you’re bowling (great to sing along to). There is free shoe hire for every person who is participating (but remember your socks).They also have a licensed bar and café where you’re able to purchase hot chips, hot dogs and much more. This is a great activity on a rainy day, and can get incredibly competitive… might I add I won the other week I played ;-P
So get on down to Panmure and get you’re bowling on, it’s a fun activity for all.
