A disappointing TradeMe purchase is what led us to Big Brands. The cheap laminate flooring we picked up from an online auction was way too cheap so we went out to seek an alternative.
Luckily Big Brands came to the rescue with a knowledgeable team on hand to guide us through our purchase. Their choice was good for laminate flooring and the pricing is fair.
We organized things over the phone, confirming our order at the Glenfield showroom. Within a day we had the order delivered to our address.
They had a nice range of rugs in the showroom, actually we purchased one for our lounge; plus carpet, rubber and marble tiles. If you are after some fake grass, apparently theirs is the most realistic on the market.
After sales service was excellent as we ended up having to bring a couple of boxes back for a store credit.
