On a street lined with cafes, I chose this one based solely on the name and my sappy mood at the time. Food was good, the woman who served me was very friendly, and there are a lot of things on the menu that I wish I had the time and room in my stomach to try. Quiet, simple looking place with good food and service — don’t really need anything more from a café.

Great coffee and great food. Staff are friendly and eager to put a smile on your face.
The small things make all the difference and it is these small things such as the music selection that just make you feel welcomed. Highly recommend this place over the usual «Go To» places in Takapuna

Feel compelled to give this place another review for the wonderful service I received during my Sunday brunch today — whole family in, and we were served promptly and with plenty of smiles by the loveliest young lady. Food and coffee is as good as it ever was, and this girl’s service made my visit all the merrier — also great music selection! This place remains an overlooked gem that makes for a great alternative to Taka’s usual suspects.
