We had some of the best Indian food (well, I actually had Napalese & the hubby had Indian) that we’d ever had at dinner last night at Everest Dine. The restaurant is tucked back from the street in the upstairs of a small retail complex in Parnell, but we searched it out looking for tasty Indian.
The inside is tastefully decorated with Nepal and Indian patterns and décor, and there is a TV stream video of Nepal. Hubby got the chicken saag, and really loved it. I got one of the Nepalese curries with tofu, and an order of garlic naan. We really really enjoyed the meal, and can’t say enough about the great service.
